This team was largely female in membership, which is why we think that a sub-set of this work is a women-in-planning story. Women on team included: Lisa Cottle (1979-84), Rachel Sex (1979-83), Sarah Brown (1980-84), Pauline Marshall (1981-83), and Celia Reknap, who worked independently with the unit on ‘The Effect of Entrance Design on Bocks of Flats (Nuffield Small Grant Scheme) and was chairman of a tenants Association in Southwark.
